Most people have all the necessary abilities to solve their problems and face their difficulties.  However, sometimes people get stuck and need some assistance to recognise this.  The stigma attached to counselling has diminished as more people recognise the benefit of actually being listened to without judgement, pressure or given advice.

A counsellor does not provide the solution, however they do provide a secure, caring environment to enable you to talk through you concerns.  You will then be assisted in reaching your own solutions and then means of achieving these.  You will learn your strengths and be encouraged to use them to reach satisfactory solutions to problems and also to recognise and achieve your goals.

All counselling is provided in a relaxed, confidential and calm atmosphere.
