Sessions are weekly and will last for 50 minutes.

First session
Here you can share your situation to explore if/how counselling might be of benefit to you. You will be under no obligation to continue but if you wish to do so, we can discuss your requirements at this point.
It's confidential
I work in accordance with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy's Ethical Framework. Therefore, everything you share will be confidential, unless I believe either you or someone you may know may be at risk of harm.
