Fear and anxiety

Fear and anxiety can last for a short time and then pass, but they can also last much longer and you can get stuck with them.  Sometimes they can take over your ability to eat, sleep, concentrate, travel or even leave the house.  This can hold you back from doing the things you want or need to do and affect your health.  The Mental Health Foundation offer advice on ways in which you can help yourself or what help is available.  The Mental Health Foundation 2017
